When someone smiled at me today, I started smiling too.

I passed around the corner and someone saw my grin.

When he smiled I realised I'd passed it on to him.

I thought about that smile, then I realized its worth.

A single smile, just like mine could travel round the earth

So, if you feel a smile begin, don't leave it undetected.

Spike Milligan born on 16th April 1918 leaving us on 27th February 2002 gave his life to making people SMILE.

The Sunshine Smile Crew has been following Spike's example for four years.

Secondary to the virus is the anguish, depression and mental health issues we are all suffering.

You do not need to be a doctor, you do not need to be a scientist, you do not need to be a virologist to help a friend suffering in this way.

All you need to do is to follow the example of Spike Milligan.
